1. Error says "Email address does not exist"
    1. Check the spelling of the email address. Make sure there's no spaces before or after the address. Make sure the capitalization is the same as on the management page (usually all lower-case)
  2. Error says incorrect password
    1. Check no trailing or leading spaces - especially if pasting. Check CAPS LOCK, especially if typing
  3. Nothing happens when user submits form
    1. How are they submitting form? Try pressing the submit button on the form. If nothing happens, try pressing the return key on the keyboard instead.
    2. Is there an egg timer? Have a look at the bottom of the screen. Is there a progress bar that is half-way completed?
      1. If any of these things is happening, that suggests their computer has not finished loading the page yet. Wait for it to finish loading. If it doesn't, check other sites (google.com) are working. Check the main villaseek.com site loads

  4. Completely blank page after submitting form
    1. Suggests problem with villaseek.com. Ask them what is displaying in the address bar (should be http://www.villaseek.com/customers/
