1. Jing Sun Launcher
   1. Capture Image - Capture Video - Undo - Cancel
      1. Share - Save - Copy - Cancel - Configure
2. Screen Capture
   1. Click Capture button on the Jing Sun launcher
      1. Select area of screen to be captured
      2. Click Capture Image button
      3. Edit the image as needed using the toolbar
         1. Add Arrow
            1. Place and drag your cursor on the image where you want the arrow
            2. Drag the cursor to move arrow and to chanage its size
         2. Add Text
            1. Place your cursor on the image where you want the text and right-click
            2. Type inside the text box
            3. Font style, size and color can be changed by usign the pop-up toolbar
         3. Add Frame
            1. Place and drag your cursor on the image where you want the frame
            2. Resize frame by dragging its corners
         4. Highlight an Area
            1. Click on the Highlight button
            2. Place and drag your cursor on the image where you want to highlight
         5. Tool Color
            1. Select Arrow, Text, Frame or Highlighted area on the image
            2. Click on the Tool Color button and select the desired color
   2. Save captured screen
      1. Upload on screencast.com
         1. Your file will be uploaded to your account on screencast.com
      2. Save on your computer or disk
         1. Click on the Save button
            1. Select the location you want to save the file at
            2. Name the file and click Save
3. Screen Cast
   1. Click Capture button on the Jing Sun launcher
      1. Click Capture Video button
         1. Recording will begin after 3 minutes
            1. Click on the Pause button to pause capture
            2. Click on the Stop button to stop capture
      2. Make sure your microphone is connected/on
   2. Save captured video
      1. Upload on screencast.com
         1. Your file will be uploaded to your account on screencast.com
      2. Save on your computer or disk
         1. Click on the Save button
            1. Select the location you want to save the file at
            2. Name the file and click Save
4. Install Jing
   1. Go to www.jingproject.com
   2. Download Jing by selecting your Operating System
   3. Save program file on your computer
   4. Double-click on downloaded file
      1. Run Installation file
         1. Jing's 'Sun' launcher will appear on your desktop
5. Set up Account with screencast.com
   1. Follow step-by-step on screen instructions towards the end of the installation process to set up screencast.com account
6. Share your Captures
   1. Files uploaded on screencast.com will have a link that can be embedded on websites or emailed to others
   2. Files saved on your computer or disk can be emailed as attachments
   3. Image files can be copied and pasted into email, documents, etc.
