Evaluate all "assigned" leads
- Analyze each lead to find best exit strategy

Contract Management

Negotiate & put under contract
- Set Expectations
· Showings to potential buyers (Investors, Contractors, Money Partners)
· TC will be the main point of contact after signing
· Renegotiate purchase price if necessary

Acquisition Hand Off

Hand all info to TC
· Update CRM with status & update T.C.
· Provide pictures (CRM)
· Provide showing instructions
· Lockbox codes
- Followup Communication:
· Check closing status with TC weekly
