  3. Deal Evaluation & Process
    1. Follow the "John Martinez" process
      1. Evaluate all "assigned" leads
        1. Analyze each lead to find best exit strategy
  4. Contract Management
    1. Negotiate & put under contract
      1. Set Expectations · Showings to potential buyers (Investors, Contractors, Money Partners) · TC will be the main point of contact after signing · Renegotiate purchase price if necessary
  5. Acquisition Hand Off
    1. Hand all info to TC · Update CRM with status & update T.C. · Provide pictures (CRM) · Provide showing instructions · Lockbox codes
      1. Followup Communication: · Check closing status with TC weekly · Renegotiate purchase price if necessary
