      5. About to build the largest frame factory in the world in Germany, then US
      6. V Frames GMBH is owned by Isoco Bikes GMBH (a go to market company) GMBH, which in turn is owned by parent company Isoco Plastics GMBH
        1. Cco-owner and MD, Michael Muller confirmed Adviser. I am due to visit there July 18, after attending Eurobike in Frankfurt.
  2. Design
    1. Existing Industry is tied to metal forming, or expensive traditional carbon fibre, and now bespoke 3D printing
    2. Lean methodology - reduce the variables
      1. Campbell James confirmed Adviser
    3. V Frames: Injection Moulded Structural Parts
      1. Several Open Mould Frames and components available with no MOQ/no NRE @ low lead time
      2. Complete Design Freedom
      3. Integrated Functions Possibilities
        1. Lights
        2. Tamper proof GPS/security
        3. Integrated stress/strain sensors
          1. for testing, has downsides too
        4. General Electronics, power buses
        5. mud guards, racks
        6. remove need for suspension by designing in flex points in frame
  3. Business Model
    1. Technology Partner with existing companies
      1. far less capital, long sales process
      2. Grab
      3. Other last mile delivery
        1. Amazon
        2. Post
        3. Other couriers
        4. Many others
      4. Zoomo
      5. Other consumer brands
    2. Go to market ourselves
      1. capital intensive
        1. loans can fund HW
      2. consumer
      3. last mile delivery
    3. Geographies
      1. ANZ
        1. Small but fast growing market, good starting point
      2. Europe
        1. by far the most mature market and developed infrastructure and culture. Germany for example sells 1.3 million eBikes/annum, growing at 20%/annum
      3. North America
        1. Huge market, far behind Europe, huge potential, but probably most tailwinds in terms of compliance (speed limits, power limits, throttle allowance)
  4. Next Step
    1. Obtain Seed & Grant funding to develop and pilot POC
      1. a fleet of 10 managed vehicles we rent out to delivery riders
        1. I'll ride one to supplement income :)
      2. key outcomes
        1. tick boxes for Investible to come in when they are ready
        2. prove benefits, might need a control group
          1. JA DOE
        3. 3rd Party Case Study (JA) for verification

  5. Digital Twin
    1. Description
      1. A digital twin is best described by IBM at this link.
        1. A digital twin is the platform that actually enables IoT to be what it promises to be. Basically it consists of a real-time bi-directional connection to each asset, Data is pulled, and again in real-time is simulated to diagnose and correct issues, as well as optimise performance based on a range of data.
    2. Reliability
      1. 6 Sigma baked into the DNA
        1. John Adamek, Master Black Belt as confirmed adviser
      2. True Predictive Maintenance
        1. Directed Maintenance
          1. True Augmented reality
    3. Performance greater than the sum of parts
      1. Adaptive thresholds based on real-time information
        1. eg can get >30% more battery capacity and longevity simply with adaptive thresholds based on actual temperature, load conditions, internal conditions of the battery (eg cell condition)
    4. Requires a true real-time comms platform
      1. Have access to full stack IP and www.senseagent.com which is 80% of the engineering
        1. Have Dr Simon Benson, Founder and CTO as confirmed adviser
    5. The simulation model, a key pillar of the digital twin
      1. I have built this before, before knowing it was a thing.
        1. I encourage you to spend 20 minutes to engage with this demonstration of an advanced simulation model, that is wrapped up with a great interactive web-based interface.
      2. This simulation model is critical not just for real-time digital twin, but for digital prototyping, system regression and progression testing. Again we did this at OR and it set us apart from the competition in a number of ways.
