    2. allow a broad range of opportunities to develop original ideas
    3. explore new thinking
  4. WHAT TO LOOK FOR
    1. Evidence in the environment
    2. Evidence in students' work
    3. Evidence in the school ie teachers, students and parents work
    4. Evidence in the attitude os the staff, students and parents alike
    5. The level of excitement in the school environment
  5. Raising Standards ??
    1. Not the opposite of raising standards. When you tap into student and teacher creativity, standards rise cause engagement rises
  6. HOW DOES A PRINICIPAL MOVE THE BALL FORWARD?
    1. A school culture is alive and growing
    2. Values and formative behaviour of groups
    3. All schools have culture so you see it in habits and habitats
