  2. Record an audio file
    1. Select the topic to which you want to add an audio note
    2. Three methods to start recording
      1. Click the Audio Notes icon on the toolbar, the Audio Notes view appears and recording will start automatically
      2. On the View menu, select the Audio Notes, click the Record button on the pane
      3. On the Insert menu, choose Audio Notes, the Audio Notes view appears and recording will start automatically
    3. Click the record button again to stop recording
  3. Play audio notes
    1. Select the audio note topic
    2. Two methods to play audio notes
      1. Click the Play button on the Audio Notes view
      2. Click the audio notes icon on the topic directly
  4. Add audio notes in Presentation
    1. Open the sidebar through the toolbar panel in Presentation Mode
    2. Select the topic you want to add audio notes, click the record button
    3. Click the record button again when you complete the audio notes recording
  5. Edit and move audio notes
    1. Select the audio notes topic
    2. Double click the topic to edit the description content
    3. Drag and move to the position where you want it.
