1. Beyonce- Countdown
   1. I love how the video matches the beat, in my video i want some of the shots to match the beat, for example the shots could speed up when the beat kicks in.
2. Ariana Grande- The way
   1. Colour in this video is something that i want to work with as i think simple colourful backgrounds can bring a lot of good attention to the artist.
3. Jay-Z - Izzo
   1. The many clips joined together to create the video works very well as there is always something new to watch, i will try and include this in mine as i want the audience to always feel like there is something new and exciting in store.
4. Lana Del Rey - Summertime sadness
   1. I think the way that the artist shows little emotion in the video is very interesting,i will include this in ours because it should keep the audience hooked.
5. Pusha T - Numbers on the boards
   1. The outside location works really well with the video, this breaks normal conventions of a hip/hop rap video as they are usually shot inside. I would like to film our video outside because the clarity level will be very high and you can alter the colour scale dependant on the weather which helps set the scene,
6. Kendrick Lamar - Swimming Pools
   1. The opening pan shot is really effective and i would like to use this in our video as a way of introducing the artist.
