  2. Select "100" Accounts (only -- no Contacts) from PROD MSCRM.

    2. Expected results: What Accounts matched, enriched data, KeyID, and related Contacts.

      2. What will the Data Providers let us have?
    3. Add Accounts to a static Account Marketing List FOR EACH DATA PROVIDER in PROD
      1. This allows us to determine where Account's data came from.
  3. From PROD MSCRM, Company IS exports and sends "100" list (ACCOUNTS ONLY, no CONTACTS) to EACH Data Provider.
    1. Expected results: What Accounts matched, enriched data, and related Contacts.

  4. Company IS imports the "100" Accounts (INCLUDING Contacts) into POC MSCRM.
  5. Data Providers return their enriched set.
  6. Company IS runs a First Pass Process (against POC) on the results from EACH Data Provider.
  7. Sales & Marketing analyze the First Pass results from EACH Data Provider.
  8. Initialize POC MSCRM.
  9. Company IS imports ENTIRE returned "100" Accounts and Contacts for Data Provider into POC MSCRM (note: NOT PROD).
  10. Install and evaluate CRM Integration in POC (note: NOT PROD) for Data Provider.
  11. Sales & Marketing determine what process to verify the data returned from Data Providers.

  12. Sales & Marketing evaluate results.
  13. Sales & Marketing analyse all results and make a recommendation.
    1. Compare Accounts only for matching "100"s.
    2. Compare CONTACTS returned from Data Providers
  14. Repeat for each Data Provider
