  3. What does grounding mean?
    1. 0 : to crush spices
    2. 1 : looking at what I'm doing and checking it has 'real' value for society / other people around me and I'm not doing it for myself
    3. 2 : Grounding? Getting bak to feelings, emotional and physical. Taking stock.
    4. 3 : to keep yourself connected to reality... rahter than being virtual?
