  9. Ecuador is organized as a sovereign and independent republic, the constitutions have enshrined the obligation to promote and foster public education.

RELEVANCE IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE EDUCATION: The compulsory teaching of the English Language in public and private educational establishments in Ecuador was established in 1992 through an agreement between the Ministry of Education and the British Council, a public cultural institute in the United Kingdom that disseminates knowledge of that language.

IMPORTANCE OF THE PROCESS OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT IN OUR COUNTRY: The current demands of the contemporary world demand from all Ecuadorian education professionals, efforts directed to the development of linguistic and communicative study. The preschool period is crucial to teach language skills and it may be a good idea to think about a second language. The teaching and learning of the English language programs the child's brain circuits so that there is an openness to learn much more. The great benefit for children is that the earlier they are stimulated, specifically up to the age of 5. The need to master the English language in today's life is an unquestionable priority in a world where international relations and globalization are increasingly important and demanding.
