1. What is your next level in the marketing plan?
    1. What amount of specific volume production do you need in your biz to reach it?
  2. How many customers, distributors, & supervisors do you need to add to your team to reach the required level of production?
    1. How many Presentations must you do to produce the amount of customers, distributors, & supervisors you need to add to your team?
    2. How many people must you be inviting to more about the products and the business each day/week to create the amount of presentations needed?
    3. What will you do to find the people you will invite to know more (ie Marketing)
    4. How much ACTION do you need to find these people? (ie # of Flyers, invitations, etc)
  3. What you need to know and have BEFORE starting your 90 day Plan
    1. Products: You're not in business unless you have some level of products to produce income
    2. A Personal Agenda to to mark down your Plan
    3. Any advertising materials and websites or phone numbers ready so that people can contact you
    4. Know the monthly schedule of online & offline meetings that you can use to present the business or products to prospects.
  4. What should your 90 day plan include?
    1. Your 90 day plan is actually a plan of your time and energy. You need to know where and how much time and energy to invest into, NOT ONLY your Herbalife business, but into all areas of your life for 90 days to allow you to reach your targets in Herbalife and fulfill other commitments outside of Herbalife at the same time.
    2. Simple: Your 90 day plan is your plan for EVERYTHING in your life for the nex 90 days
  5. Why do 90 Day Plans Fail?
    1. 90 Day Plans DO NOT Fail!! It is only that people FAIL to complete their 90 day plan!
    2. People only Plan their Herbalife Activity but forget to plan what can affect thier time or amount of activity. (Ex. You want to do 5000 flyers per day but you also have a full time job)
    3. People do not schedule the activity
    4. People do not keep track of their numbers so they cannot adjust their plan to stay on track
    5. People change their 90 day plan because they are expecing to see more results before the end of 90 days. You have not truly tried to do anything in Herbalife until you have done it for at least 90 days
  6. Track your Numbers/ Gauges!
    1. Record your nubmers/level of activity each day with some type of set format or form
    2. If you don't you will not be able to remember what you have done each day and you will NOT know if you are on track or off track to meeting yoru original goals.
    3. AIR PLANE Example! (constantly adjusting)
    4. Send your numbers to someone each week or join a focus group. THIS ONE THING WILL INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF SUCCESS BY 1000%
    5. Take time to review and adjust your activity at the end of each week, month and at the end of your 90 day plan.
  7. How to Schedule your 90 Day Plan
    1. If you have to have a million dollar Herbalife business then you must treat your business as a million dollar business and give it a high level of priority when developing your 90 Day plan schedule
    2. My Personal recommendation is that you give a certain level of priority when filing in your week in your agenda
    3. The first thing you should fill in on your schedule is whatever is your highest priority and the second thing you would fill in or block time off for would be whatever is second priority to you and so on.
    4. Schedule what you "MUST" do outside of Herbalife
      1. Work or regular Job
      2. Family commitments and events
      3. Transit Time
        1. Block drive time as a seperate apointment
      4. Eating Times
      5. Spiritual Time
    5. Scheduled Events and Trainings
      1. STS
      2. HOM's / Group Events
      3. Other big events (Extravaganza, Herbalife University, Spectacular
    6. Herbalife Activity
      1. Personal Development (reading or listening to Audios)
      2. Lead Generation Activities (Flyers, Placing Ads, Calling Prospects, Invitations)
      3. Follow-up (Call/Meeting with customres and distributors)
    7. IMPORTANT: If after you have entered all of your MUST do things you find that you have TOO LITTLE time to accomplish what you want in the time that you want with Herbalife, you will need to either adjust your goal or adjust your schedule.
