      2. Yes - Fill out utility form received from HUD

        2. Tell investor the days that the utilities can be turned on

    1. Two weeks before settlement call title company to see if they have everything they need
      1. Yes - Call investor and remind of settlement date, time and place

        1. Give title company investor's phone number
        2. Email and call investor and ask when will they have what the title company needs
        3. Follow up with title company to see if they received the info
      3. Confirm settlement 2 days before settlement
