      2. Allow And Require Reinspection for this result type
      3. 1) Re - Inspection is a MANDATORY FIELD 2) Re - Inspection = Y 3) Inspection Type to be added 4) Re - Inspection Date to be added 5) Re - Inspection cannot be changed to N

            2. A new Inspection schedule will be created
