      1. inspection moved to the Complete Inspection Expansion Bar
   3. emails for complete inspections are only sent when those completed Inspections are synced with the server

   4. email will be sent in background and a toaster message is shown for the emails sent for synced completed Inspections.

      3. Verify that "Reply To" field is mandatory.
      4. If inspectors email id is present, prepopulate "Reply To" field with inspectors email.

            4. Will close the summary page
            5. The completed Instance of inspection will move to Completed Inspections Expansion Bar
