1. Ponga el adverbio antes del verbo en la oración, o sí hay dos verbos póngalo entre los dos.
   1. I sometimes eat apples.
      1. A veces como manzanas.
   2. I can never eat apples, I'm alergic to them.
      1. Nunca puedo comer manzanas, soy alérgico a ellas.
2. * Muchas veces en el habla cotidiana 'seldom' y 'rarely' se reemplazan por 'hardly ever'.
3. SOMETIMES / A VECES = 50% of the time
   1. I sometimes see my neighbour when I go for a walk.
      1. A veces veo a mi vecino cuando doy un paseo. (or ... cuando salgo para caminar.)
4. OCCASIONALLY / OCASIONALMENTE = 40% of the time
   1. I occasionaly go to the movies.
      1. Ocasionalmente (or .. de vez en cuando) veo películas.
5. * SELDOM / RARAMENTE = 20% of the time
   1. I seldom go to bed before 11pm.
      1. Raramente (or ... rara veces) me acuesto antes de las once.
6. * RARELY / RARA VECES = 10% of the time
   1. I rarely go skiing.
      1. Raras (or ... pocas) veces voy a esquiar.
7. NEVER = 0%
   1. I never go sky-diving.
      1. Nunca hago paracaidismo.
8. OFTEN / A MENUDO = 70% of the time
   1. I often go for a walk.
      1. A menudo doy un paseo.
9. USUALLY / USUALMENTE = 80% of the time
   1. I usually eat fruit after dinner.
      1. Usualmente como fruta después de cenar.
10. FREQUENTLY / FRECUENTEMENTE = 90% of the time
    1. I frequently watch the news at night.
       1. Frecuentemente veo las noticias en la noche.
11. ALWAYS / SIEMPRE = 100% of the time
    1. I always brush my teeth in the morning.
       1. Siempre me cepillo los dientes en la mañana.
