9. NST POC provides revised version to group. NST POC will work with group to determine if further edits are needed

- NST POC provides signature verification for final document approval
- Final document is sent back to Marketing POC
- Marketing POC will also provide written verification for approving document
- Marketing POC will send to Copywriter

- NST POC requests Director of Nutrition to schedule follow-up meeting with Marketing reps, including POC

1. On or before document schedule date, Marketing will collectively provide suggested changes to said document

Once primary and secondary POCs from each deptartment established and schedule accepted, Marketing to create physical calendar
- Marketing will distribute to all members of both departments

7. Marketing POC will then submit to copy for changes or personally update document with revisions
- 1 week

6. Interdepartmental meeting occurs; all suggestions from NST presented and decided upon as a group
- 1 day
- A designated representative from Marketing will act as scribe for all document revisions

5. Director of NST (unless otherwise indicated) will schedule meeting between NST and Marketing reps (including POCs)

8. Marketing POC submits updated version back to NST POC for any final revisions
- Within 1 week of receiving or making updates

4. NST POC independently reviews document and creates listing of suggested changes
- Within 3 weeks of receiving document from Marketing POC
- All members of NST are encouraged and able to offer suggested revisions

3. Marketing POC gives compilation of changes to NST primary and secondary POC
- Within 1 week of receiving document

2. Changes will be compiled by designated individual and submitted to document delegate (POC)

Establish Resources Revision Schedule between Marketing and R&D/NST annually
