2. Step 1a: Building Relationships
   1. Build Relationships

      2. premise #2: The Gospel flows best through relationships with people of peace

      3. premise #3: This takes patience AND an early willingness/ability to share your faith (see Process and Points)
3. Step 2: Create a Community Group
   1. a. Create Community
      1. turn individual relationships into a team on mission
         1. open up your life
         2. make it rhythmic
      2. 20-50 people
   2. b. Make the Community Missional
      1. a. Choose a region or people group to serve
      2. b. Choose your values
      3. c. State your vision with clarity
         1. be sure to articulate why this would please Jesus
      4. d. invite/recruit/include others in your life/mission
      5. e. pray with people
      6. f. study the scriptures together
4. Step 2a: People come to faith
   1. this can happen elsewhere but this is what we need to see before POP become committed disciples
5. Step 3: Multiplication
   1. a. Starts with Disciple Reproduction
      1. Discipleship is the engine that drives mission
      2. if we disciple we always get the church but we can build a church and not get disciples
   2. b. Build a community around the new leader/huddle
6. Step 3a: Gather for Worship
   1. Goals for Worship Gatherings
      1. Inspiration
      2. Momentum
      3. Creative and Corporate Worship
      4. Preaching
   2. Monthly Gatherings are a starting point
   3. Weekly Gatherings are a function of size/need
      1. Timeline? When we need them and can afford them
