  4. Inform Sessional to Contact Departmental Administrator to Submit Course Info
  5. Department Administrator Submits Course Info to Registrars Office
  6. Registrars Office Enters Info into Banner
  7. Sessional Still Does Not See in uSource
  8. Service Centre Does Known Solution
  9. Send Query to Learning Sytems RT
  10. LS Suggest Sessional confirm with Administrator that course has been submitted to Registrar
    1. Administration sometimes process in bulk and not on request causing delays
  11. Check OLSA to see that they are no longer TBA and course exists
  12. Inform Instructor / Dept to request temp affiliate Netlink
  13. LS Manually Add Affiliate Netlink to course when available
  14. LS Manually requests course shell in OLSA
  15. Request Back to Service Centre for ID
  16. Real Netlink Activated first day of course and Affiliate has expiry date
  17. Instructor RT to LS that they cannot access course
  18. LS Manually merges affiliate and Staff Netlink ID
  19. Instructor has Course and Access using Real Netlink
  20. Administrator is on holiday
  21. LS will create Sessional Sandbox to begin building course
  22. Real course is eventually created and we assist sessional with migration of content through import
  23. Instructor has Course and Access using Real Netlink
  24. Check UID - Sessional Starty date not until first day of class and cannot access
  25. Escalation to LS RT
