  2. I have seen this happen at least 3 times in communities and organizations before
    1. Big setbacks - sometimes disintergation
    2. Type 1 error - no relative externality
      1. all internals vulnerable to
        1. group think
        2. bullying
        3. conflicts of interest

      2. Is now retooled and practiced to work with conflict, trauma informed mentoring

          1. resisting authoritarian, rule breaking, take-overs
          2. healing the oft hidden memes (of those willing) that foster loss of compassion
          3. developing more robust byelaws and protocols designed to deal with conflicts, especially involving non-trivial reactivity!
