1. A program year
  2. May last longer than a calendar year due to your choices
  3. Program pauses
    1. You need never feel overwhelmed by the requirements to generate Output Packets
    2. Your tuition fees drop to a modest holding charge for the pause period so that you are not using up valuable full fee months whilst you are busy elsewhere

  5. Disruptions
    1. Genuine (and usually unwanted) life happens contingencies
    2. Dramas we have attracted into our lives (a form of selfsabotage pattern many of us run at some time in our lives)
    3. A chronic  overcommitment (a say yes to anything) pattern that causes us to take on far too much (likely a subpattern of drama above)
    4. Resistance to working to schedules arising from distresses generated in authoritarian schooling
  6. Disruptive design

    4. Sometimes it triggers trauma and shuts our thinking down
    5. Sometimes disruption greatly aids the opening of space for new thinking
  7. Know about disruptors
    1. We have more chance of recognizing them when we are affected by them and consequently we may be more able to think of the disruption as an opportunity than a problem
    2. We can often map responses to disruptions to best/good practices or close adaptations of these and thus invoke the simple/complex paradox to our advantage
