  6. Description
    1. In view of the way groups are allocated, most of them by the activities that they will plan for in the next semester, we have decided to organize a project improvement and management workshop. Each groups will be allocated a project that they will most likely embark on in the coming semester. A workshop will be carried out to explain the process of project management, materials for this workshop will be adapted from notes provided during the High Achievers leadership workshop. Following which, teams will have to question the objectives of their allocated project, and if need be, formulate new/revised objectives and aims. During which they will have to envision the most favorable outcome of the project and depict their expectations in a skit that will be presented on the third day. Teams will be provided with a template of some sort that will stimulate the process
