OP Specification Page
-
Considerations:
- This page is the standard landing page for every OP and every Associate (all programs and phases).
- Fill out the page leaving the formatting and contents in place.
- Title the page OP # Specification. Example = OP 1 Specification: Life and Career Review
- In the Capstone Phase title the page OP# Specification and then either Capstone Life and Career Review or create your own name for the OP (approved by your advisor). Example = OP 1 Specification: Capstone Life and Career Review or make up a similar name) OP 1 Specification: Professional Portfolio.

OP Supporting Evidence Page
-
Considerations:
- Make this page in a quality you'd be willing to share with the public.
- Include a summary of contents at the top.
- Diploma and BSc Associates aim for 5-10 items of support and 10 or more resources. MSc, GD, and PGD aim for 10-20 items and 20 or more resources.
- Provide context and credit (authorship) for each document or media posted.
-
Content:
- Examples to include are a CV or Resume, Transcripts, Diplomas, Degrees, Certificates, published materials, newspaper clippings, event announcements, website, blog, awards, grants, interviews, evaluations, testimonials, surveys, designs, portfolios, notes, etc.
- Must include an Annotated Resource Review

-
General Considerations
- These are the pages you can really personalize.
- Though I recommend having at least 3 pages for the Core Report, you can essentially do it as you wish. This OP is meant to serve you and your unique pathway needs.
- Utilize the OP templates for ideas on structuring your own OP. Also consider looking at samples of other Associates documentation.
- The Core Report is the only part of the OP that is included within the word count guidelines.
- Use the OP as a design cycle. With each OP we ask that you experiment with different design models, processes, and principles.
- Utilize the 'Evaluation Form' as a check list for the content to include, word counts, and evaluation criteria.
- The primary differences between Pre-Capstone and Capstone projects are the focus on Personal versus Professional, acquiring skills versus applying them, and the level of strategic impact.
