1. Develop scripts for Urge to Action series (Email, Snail Mail & Phone)
  2. Install, configure and test Loyalty Lock on POS
  3. Export Silverware, Access, Constant Contact and Aweber lists to Excell format
  4. Cross reference and compile all lists into a new Master List with the most recent contact info and point
  5. Do they have an email address?
  6. Import into Constant Contact for Urge to Action Series
  7. Import into Phone Blast system
  8. Import into Snail Mail list
  9. First Urge to Action message goes out and directs them to Loyalty Lock sign up page
  10. Do they have a phone number?
  11. Did they opt into Loyalty Lock?
  12. Second U2A message goes out
  13. Remove them from segmented list before 2nd U2A goes out and apply old points to LL
  14. Did they opt into Loyalty Lock?
  15. Remove them from segmented list before 3rd U2A goes out apply old points to LL
  16. 3rd U2A message goes out
  17. Did they opt into Loyalty Lock?
  18. Remove them from segmented list before final U2A goes out and apply old points to LL
  19. Final U2A message goes out
  20. Did they opt into Loyalty Lock?
  21. Remove from segmented list and apply old points to LL
  22. Remove from segmented list forever
