   1. Data has to be imported through the cvs/txt file
      1. Build python/perl script which connects to database and collects the performance data and then is transported to Ca eHealth
      2. Through net-snmp and perl script solution, which collects data and then need to be transported to Ca eHealth
      3. Use the Open NMS system to collect the data and then is transported to Ca eHealth
