   1. from findings make red, yellow, and green cards to give to OBCA for future use
   2. Be done in under 1-2 months at latest
2. Create a Storybook about 3 staff
   1. connect with 3 staff that represent 3 diverse people in the industry
   2. get info and create a storybook to share with executive directors and the board
3. Research Unions
   1. How do unions work? Are they affective?
   2. Will a union work for Outdoor Ed? Why or why not? Has it been done before
   3. What Outdoor Education is paying a living wage? How are they doing it?
