   1. 1. Lack of time to learn about technologies
      1. work around- make more time, ask for help.
   2. 2.Budget cuts
      1. work around- research for free technologies and use resources from home.
   3. 3. effectively using technology in lessons.
      1. work around- exhaust all options and opportunities to better myself so that my tech lessons are affective.
7. My Opportunities
   1. 1. become a part of a technology planning team
   2. 2. become more involved in tech training
   3. 3. participate in activities that will give me more experience with working with technology.
8. My Weaknesses
   1. weakness 1- when I get frustrated with technology I tend to want to give up.
      1. work around- Ask for help and never give up
   2. Weakness 2- Not putting fourth the effort needed to successfully integrate a variety of technologies into the classroom.
      1. work around- Research new technologies and take classes to learn as much as possible.
   3. weakness 3- Not a lot of hands on experience with new technologies-
      1. work around- be more pro active to opportunities available to me that will allow me to get experience with these technologies.
9. My Strengths
   1. strength 1- continuing to develop my knowledge about technology.
   2. Strength 2- Being able to see how technology can positively affect learning.
   3. Strength 3- open minded and willing to learn how to use technology in my classroom for the benefit of my students.
