   1. One on my goals is to participate in local and global learning communities to explore creative applications of technology to improve student learning.
   2. Another one of my goals is to engage students in exploring real-world issues and solving authentic problems using digital tools and resources.

   1. I will use the navigation tool in the Windows operating system.
   2. I will also use the windows voice tool.
6. My Threats
   1. No equipment
      1. I think if the school can’t provide the equipment then I can go to the community or find grants that would help support the purchase of equipment.
   2. School administration not in agreement.
      1. I can explain to the administration how the use of technology fits into the curriculum and the standards published.
   3. Lack of time
      1. Integrate technology into the lessons so that technology is not a separate thing but part of the lesson being taught.

   1. I think just having the willingness to try something new and not being afraid of the learning curve.

      1. I think the more I became familiar with a tool the more confident I will have using it in class.
