    1. Not enough funds
      1. Have fundrraisers or have other donate items
    2. Students not knowing how to use
      1. Provide time outside of class to learn how to use the tools
    3. Time in class is short so students cant learn how to use it.
      1. Buy a few of the tool that is to be used at let studetns check them out to take home to practice with it
  8. My Opportunities
    1. Other teachers- they may have things thy have used in the past that were successful
    2. Suggestions from the students that they have used before
    3. Prometheam Borad- Number a activies and concepts that can be used from the program to build students knowledge and skills.
  9. My Weaknesses
    1. Not knowing enough tools
      1. Research tools for each subject
    2. Not knowing how to fully use a program
      1. Ask others if they have used it and how it worked for them, Then let them show you how to use it better
    3. Not knowing how to show students in a way they will understand.
      1. Have small group sessions so that you can work one on one with students so they can learn how to use it.
  10. My Strengths
    1. Very open minded to suggestions- So I will use others tools and then implement them as my students need them.
    2. Animated- I can use this to make technological tools that might not be fun to students and spice it up to become more lively.
    3. Fast learner- When a technological tool is found, I can quickly learn how to use it and how to incorporate into my lessons.
