  5. Process of implementing TEDxActivators
    1. Identify Activators and reach out to them
      1. Create a document that explains benefits of becoming an activator
        1. Activator gains knowledge through access to TED talks
        2. Access to extensive TEDx community in Nairobi
        3. Opportunity to network
        4. Computer & internet training
        5. Leadership training
        6. Event Planning experience
        7. Opportunity to positively impact the community where they live
        8. Opportunity to share great ideas from their community with the rest of the world
    2. Get candidates to sign up to become activators
      1. Create a sign up form and/or simple contract
    3. Attend training program - 2 consecutive weekends.
    4. Attend at least 2 TEDx events
