Project scope
- The Burea of Network Infrastructure is in the process of implimenting several initiatives over the next 12 months that will provide cost savings and increase services to HRA.

Purpose
- Due to the closing of the 34th Street Data Center and the "no go" on the Queens Data Center there is a business need for network redundancy and resiliancy.

Additional Benefits

- Currently in proof of concept
- A punch list will be completed to detail what needs to be changed
- All circuits will need to be migrated over

- Additional services required from Verizon at an estimated cost of $1000/month
- There is a potential for an additional standby charge
- Verizon will install new equipment

Reason
- Since HRA will no longer use the 34th St facility, their will no longer be a need for secondary T1 circuits located at 34th St.
