3. What are the current requirements?
   1. Development Environment
   2. Access through the web server
   3. OSM WIKI we are following for stack installation
   4. Complete project by june
   5. OSM Arch relies on 3 systems but could be consolidated on 1
   6. Need flexibility to add additional servers
   7. Can't delineate what software we will need access to. Need root access.
   8. Bring in non USGS folks for configuration.
   9. Need development research and to be able to move this to the DMZ

   2. Visiting with the FBI and having them confiscate our servers
   3. 283 controls that have to be documented
   4. This wasn't planned to hasn't been budgeted for
