Icon and Image

In the upper toolbar, you can find the Marker feature, and within Insert, you can also find the insertion of Sticker, Illustration, and Local Image. These cool features allow you to highlight, elaborate, and make your mind maps more fun.

Marker

For instance, Marker helps to mark tags, priorities, persona and etc. for project management. Besides, it highlights the mind map as well.

Insert Marker

Toolbar: Choose your target Topic, then click Marker.

Replace Marker

Click on the Marker in the Topic, and replace it with others in the same category.

Delete Marker

Click the Marker, then choose Delete on the right.

Sticker

Xmind team has various categories of Stickers prepared for you. Never a dull moment when making your mind maps.

Insert Sticker

Toolbar: Choose your target Topic, then click Insert > Sticker, and drag and drop the Sticker in the Topic.

Adjust Sticker

Adjustment of Sticker size and placement in the Topic is easy.

• Drag and drop the Sticker to place above/below or left/right to the texts.
• Resize Sticker by dragging the frame.

• Click on the Sticker, and adjust more in details in the right format panel.

Delete Sticker

Click on the Sticker, press Delete.

Local Image

An image is worth of thousands of words.

Insert Local Image

Toolbar: Choose your Topic, choose Insert > Local Image.

Adjust Local Image

Adjustment of Local Image size and placement in the Topic is just as easy as to Stickers.

• Drag and drop the Local Image to place above/below or left/right to the texts.

• Resize Local Image by dragging the frame.

• Adjust details in the right format panel.

Illustration

There are many categories of Illustration prepared for you to use: productivity, travel, holiday, food & drink, and others.

Insert Illustration

Toolbar: Choose your target Topic, then click Insert > Illustration

Adjust Illustration

Adjustment of Illustration is the same as Marker and Local Image.

• Drag and drop the Local Image to place above/below or left/right to the texts.
• Resize Illustration by dragging the frame.

• Adjust details in the right format panel.

Menu Bar Insertion

Menu Bar: Choose your tart Topic, then Insert > Marker, Stickers, Illustrations and Local Image
