Xmind Ambassadors Requirements
Proficient in the use of Xmind. Teach and share Xmind through organizing webinars, creating templates, producing tutorials, and etc.
Having your own sharing channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and etc., actively sharing mind mapping-related content on your own channels.
Participate in our Discord group by actively posting and commenting at minimum once a week, or establish and manage your own community, assist fellow community members in maximizing their usage of Xmind.

Q&A
When can I expect to be notified of the application result?
Signups will be reviewed by the Xmind team every 30 days. Those who meet the requirements will be given priority for approval.
How can I renew my Xmind Ambassador certification once it expires after one year?
Upon expiration, we will review your qualifications based on the Ambassador certification requirements. If you meet the criteria, we will issue you a new Ambassador certification for the following year.
Am I allowed to conduct teaching or other activities under the name of an Xmind Ambassador?
We cordially welcome Ambassadors who are willing to promote the value of mind mapping and educate and inspire more individuals to utilize it as an effective tool. However, the course content does not represent Xmind official.
What should I do if I lose my Xmind Ambassador certificate?
Contact Xmind to explain the situation and request a reissue of the certificate. For any questions regarding the Xmind Ambassadors program, Please email undefined or directly reach out to Xmind undefined.
Is it possible to apply for both the Xmind Ambassador Program and the Webinar Program?
Absolutely, we warmly encourage this. However, please be aware that the free 1-year Xmind Pro subscription can only be redeemed once.
