What is credit? When are credits consumed?
Credits are a virtual currency used within Xmind AI that enable users to access to various AI features, including automatic mind map generation, to-do list creation, and idea expansion based on selected topics.
Which and how many devices do you support?
Xmind is available on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android. One subscription allows you to upgrade Xmind Pro or Xmind Premium on up to 5 Mac/PCs and 5 mobile devices.
How do I access my subscription after purchase?
Your plan will be automatically added to your Xmind and Xmind AI accounts. Simply log in to check your subscription status.
How do I cancel my subscription and request a refund?
For the Pro Plan, the subscription automatically renews and can be canceled anytime. If you purchase Xmind Pro Annually from our website, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, allowing you to use Xmind Pro risk-free. If you are unsatisfied with Xmind, you can request a 100% refund within 7 days. Please send your order number or email account to support@xmind.app for a refund. More details can be found in this article. Refunds are only available for the Yearly subscription.
